The University Program Board, or UPB, is your source for campus activities! But if you're ready to head backstage, then consider joining the UPB! Being a member of the UPB not only gives you a voice on what activities are brought to campus; it also teaches you skills that you can apply regardless of where your career goals lie!
The UPB is a young, but well established, award-winning, and regionally-recognized Registered Student Organization with a lot of spunk, enthusiasm, and passion for programming to Illinois State University and the surrounding community.
As a student-run organization within the Dean of Studens Office, we provide many opportunities for students to develop teamwork and leadership skills while planning really awesome events at the same time!
The exciting thing about the UPB is that you can become as involved as you would like! To join as a Full Board Member, the UPB does NOT require an interview, office hours, a resume, or membership dues! Simply click the link below to check out a list of all ten UPB Committees, what type of programs they host, and when they meet. Then, simply attend a meeting! No RSVP is needed, and you can join any time of the academic year! You can join one Committee, all ten, or anywhere in between!
If you are interested in a more significant involvement on campus, consider stepping up for a leadership position! Please eMail our Director of Membership at UPBMembership@ilstu.edu!
